Job summary

Dogtopia of Castle Rock is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager to grow our dog daycare community. This sales-focused role drives new customer acquisition from inquiry to Meet & Greets and ultimately to a Dogtopia daycare subscription.

You will lead lead management, schedule Meet & Greets, and train the front desk to convert inquiries into customers and upsell services. If you are persuasive, people-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earning potential, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, retail, fitness, veterinary services, pet care, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proven ability to solicit and secure new customers and subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries and leads.
• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, email, and other approved channels.
• Learn about each family’s needs, dog’s personality and daycare needs.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and keep data up to date.
• Lead and train the front desk team to convert inquiries to customers and upsell services.
• Schedule Meet & Greets and guide families through the process.
• Convert Meet & Greets into new daycare subscriptions.
• Track sales activity and achieve individual sales goals.
