Job summary

Dogtopia of Castle Rock is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager to grow our dog daycare community. This sales-focused role drives new customer acquisition from inquiry to Meet & Greets and ultimately to a Dogtopia daycare subscription.

You will lead lead management, schedule Meet & Greets, and train the front desk to convert inquiries into customers and upsell services. If you are persuasive, people-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earning potential, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, retail, fitness, veterinary services, pet care, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proven ability to solicit and secure new customers and subscriptions.

Dogtopia of Castle Rock is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Parent Relationship Manager to help us grow our dog daycare community.

This is a sales-focused position. Your primary responsibility will be to find prospective customers, or from their first inquiry to their first Meet & Greets and ultimately to a Dogtopia daycare subscription.

The Mission

Your job is simple:

Generate relationships - Schedule Meet & Greets - Convert Meet & Greets - Grow daycare subscriptions.

You'll be the primary point of contact for new families considering Dogtopia and will play a critical role in turning interested dog parents into long-term Dogtopia customers.

What You'll Do

Lead Management

• Respond quickly and professionally to new customer inquiries and leads
• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels
• Learn about each family's needs, their dog's personality, schedule, and daycare needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who have not yet scheduled
• Keep lead information and follow-up activity organized and up to date
• Re-engage prospective customers who have gone quiet
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential new daycare customers
• Lead and train the front desk team to convert parents from inquiry to customers as well as upselling additional services as appropriate

Meet & Greets

• Schedule new customer Meet & Greets
• Confirm appointments and help ensure prospective customers arrive prepared
• Welcome new pet parents and create an exceptional first impression
• Conduct an engaging and informative Meet & Greet experience
• Explain the Dogtopia daycare experience and how it benefits dogs and their families
• Answer questions about daycare, scheduling, memberships, and the customer experience
• Identify the customer's needs and recommend the appropriate daycare subscription
• Follow up promptly after each Meet & Greets

New Daycare Subscriptions

• Confidently ask prospective customers to enroll
• Convert qualified leads and Meet & Greets into new daycare subscriptions
• Explain subscription options and help customers select the appropriate option
• Overcome common customer objections and questions
• Follow up with customers who are interested but haven't yet enrolled
• Track your sales activity and results
• Consistently work toward and achieve individual sales goals
• Contribute to overall new-member growth at Dogtopia of Castle Rock

Performance-Based Compensation

We believe results matter and great results should be rewarded.

This position includes performance-based compensation tied directly to new customer acquisition and subscription growth.

Your earning potential will be influenced by your ability to:

• Generate and effectively manage new leads
• Schedule Meet & Greets
• Convert Meet & Greets into new daycare subscriptions
• Consistently achieve established sales goals
• Help the team maintain customers

If you produce results, you have the opportunity to increase your earnings.

Previous experience in sales, membership sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, retail, fitness, veterinary services, pet care, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

Dog industry experience is helpful, but proven sales ability, communication skills, follow-through, and a results-oriented mindset are more important.
