Job summary

Dogtopia is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager to warmly welcome guests, drive growth, and convert leads into enrolled dog parents. You will oversee the parent journey from first contact through enrollment, upholding the warmth and high standards of the Dogtopia brand.

This role blends sales, relationship building, marketing, and community engagement, including Meet & Greets, local outreach, events, and collaboration with store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Outside sales experience preferred.
Outgoing, driven, motivated, adaptable, charismatic, creative and persuasive.
Able to confidently drive a conversation and build relationships.
Thrive in a dynamic workplace and be motivated by measurable results.
Must love dogs.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive lead generation and local marketing.
Manage incoming and existing leads from initial contact through enrollment.
Conduct Meet & Greets and create a welcoming experience for prospective dog parents.
Explain services, recommend enrollment options, and promote offers.
Build relationships with local businesses and participate in community events.
Enter customer and enrollment data accurately into designated systems.
