Job summary

Kiakahi, LLC is seeking a Computer Operator Support Specialist to support a large government client. The role focuses on configuring, diagnosing, and repairing Windows-based laptops/desktops (Windows 10+), Office 2013, Jabber, and related tools while maintaining DoD security standards.

The candidate will use Active Directory and SCCM, assist in briefings with collaboration tools, and handle reports for enhancements. Requires DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and Austin, TX location.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in desktop administration preferred.
• IT I level certification per AR 25-2 and IAT II per DoD 8570.01-M required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; occasional company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Configure, diagnose, reimage, reload and repair Windows laptops/desktops and peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot Office 2013 applications including Outlook.
• Manage NCES products, Jabber IM, and wireless/ CAC readers as needed.
• Use Active Directory and SCCM to manage objects and remote desktops.
• Assist users during briefings and events with collaboration tools (Google Earth, DCO Connect Online, Jabber).
• Other duties as assigned.
