Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking an experienced operations support professional to coordinate with program leadership, attend weekly meetings, and produce actionable metrics for a DoD program at Quantico. The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, on-site work hours 0900–1500 ET, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

You will manage documents, minutes, and meeting schedules to drive decisive program actions. 8+ years of related experience and prior on-site DoD/USMC program office support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of delivering operations or executive support to a program office, 8+ years per staffing matrix.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Able to work on-site at Marine Corps Base Quantico 0900–1500 ET.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for metrics and leadership-ready graphics.
• On-site support experience with a DoD/USMC program office.
• Experience producing formal decisional meeting minutes.
• SharePoint and Teams site administration exposure.
• Proactive, takes initiative to secure booked meeting spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management support coordinating with the PM, DPM, APMs, and Team Leads.
• Attend weekly program meetings, coordinate facility resources, take notes, and follow up with leadership.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files; establish meeting locations and invites.
• Draft and deliver minutes for critical meetings and prep Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio.
• Deliver operations/executive support to a program office.
