Altus Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale federal support program at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. The incumbent will coordinate with Government leadership, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

The role requires a Secret or Interim Secret clearance, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering complex DoD programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; DoD program management experience preferred.
10+ years managing complex Federal programs, preferably DoD.
Secret or Interim Secret clearance required.
Experience with program budgets, staffing, and risk management.
Strong communication with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale federal support program.
Serve as primary liaison with government leadership; lead routine meetings and issue resolution.
Manage program budget, schedule, staffing, and risk management.
Oversee aviation and ground safety, certification, administrative operations, GIS, and training support.
Coordinate, monitor, and report on program deliverables and performance metrics.
Foster continuous process improvement, quality management, and reporting consistency.
Lead the decision escalation process and ensure timely resolution.
Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and government counterparts.
