Job summary

Spry Methods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run the program office cadence at Quantico. You will coordinate weekly meetings, track action items, and produce key metrics under the direction of the Program Manager and leadership team.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of operations support for a DoD program, an active DoD Secret clearance, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. On-site presence at Quantico during core hours is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of operations or executive support experience for a program office.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 eligibility.
• On-site work at Marine Corps Base Quantico during core hours 0900-1500 ET.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for leadership-ready graphics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management support coordinating with PM, DPM, APMs, and Team Leads.
• Attend weekly program meetings, coordinate resources, take notes, and track actions.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and scheduling invites.
• Draft minutes and prepare Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio.
