Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. The role focuses on supporting government initiatives, coordinating between teams, and ensuring program execution and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of DoW communications experience, strong leadership, and budgeting/forecasting skills, with a U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/hold an active TS/SCI clearance. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Government Lead with implementation of Government directed initiatives and activities affecting the execution/accomplishment of program infrastructure and systems.
• Resolve issues that may arise among team members and strategic issues that may need the attention of senior managers.
• Show support to the program and the mandated team, expressed through action.
• Report to other stakeholders and confirm the successful completion of given programs.
• Work closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among the different stakeholders.
• Facilitate tasking and submission of reports, updates, and status of all program activities
• Coordinate between Government Lead and vendor team to provide oversight and management facilitating implementation of the program infrastructure and systems
