Job summary

The position supports 24x7 shift work with first, second, and third shifts, and uses Remedy for ticketing and incident management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience focused on network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network environments and respond to events, outages, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I/II network incidents; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Utilize Remedy to document, track, and manage service requests and incidents.
• Support 24/7 network operations through shift-based coverage.
