Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks highly skilled Mobile Service Technicians to support US Space Command J6. You will provide tier-1/2 support for military mobile devices, perform break-fix actions, and maintain ticketed resolutions while ensuring secure configurations.

A TS/SCI clearance and Security+ certification are required. Ideal candidates hold a BS in IT or related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, including VPN, imaging, and device provisioning.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
• Security+ certification is required
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
• 3 years of relevant technical experience
• Experience with VPN configuration and network security protocols

Responsibilities

• Track, properly assign, and coordinate tickets submitted by customers
• Provide technical support for military mobile devices, including break-fix on mobile phones and SIPR devices
• Maintain and report status of resolutions to customers; keep records
• Exercise independent judgement to resolve issues on military mobile devices
• Develop solutions for provisioning, imaging, and VPN support
