Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Mobile Wireless Technician to provisioning, deploy, troubleshoot, and manage lifecycle for J6 unclassified mobile users. You will handle roughly 2,400 monthly transactions across phones, tablets, MiFi, and SIM-only devices from Pentagon, Mark Center, and Hampton Roads Suffolk.

Responsibilities include device provisioning, troubleshooting, training, service plan changes, and LCR management, with integration to carrier portals and MDM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Security clearance: at award, Secret level.
• ITIL v4 Foundations and CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial provisioning, deployment, and deprovisioning of unclassified mobile devices.
• Manage device provisioning and lifecycle for 2,400 monthly transactions.
• Coordinate with carriers and DISA for fulfillment and service delivery.
• Troubleshoot devices and train users on solutions.
• Support data retention, archiving, and incident management processes.
