Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced PC Technician to support USSOCOM IT services under SITEC III. You will install, configure, and support end-user devices, diagnose hardware/software issues, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity across global operations.

Responsibilities include IMAC activities, VDI integration, Remedy ticketing, and coordination with enterprise teams. Strong customer service, proactive problem solving, and DoD/compliant practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoW 8140 compliant (Work Role 411).
• Experience with Windows OS and O365.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-user and mission support for assigned components and commands.
• Manages and supports End User Devices (EUDs) with local or remote access.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues.
• Performs IMAC migrations and hardware refreshes.
• Builds, configures, tests, and maintains IT equipment.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes equipment installations.
• Verifies remote access and VDI against USSOCOM images.
• Manages VDI clients and hardware/software upgrades.
• Supports peripherals and related configurations.
• Provides Remedy-based ticketing and updates tracking tools.
• Uses SCCM, McAfee, Intune, Forescout, Tivoli, Hypori for diagnostics.
• Provides VoIP provisioning and telephony support.
• Delivers user training and coordinates with multiple teams.
