Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Material Coordinator to coordinate and expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules or priorities.

The role includes overseeing receipt, inspection, processing, and verification against Navy ERP POs, supervising material-type processing, handling TDRs/SDRs/PQDRs for damaged materials, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with COSIS and government requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years warehouse/materiel management experience including COSIS and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience with DoD systems and warehouse processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies per schedules and priorities.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, and processing of materials; verify part number, count, and condition against Navy ERP PO.
• Supervise receipt processing by material type (MILSTRIP, COMSEC, GPC/Contract).
• Review and approve TDRs, SDRs, PQDRs for damaged/nonconforming materials.
• Oversee Navy ERP induction, WMFs, chain of custody forms, and related documentation.
• Oversee storage, inventory counts, and labeling per Government Location Schema.
• Ensure COSIS compliance; review reports of discrepancies and hazardous material.
• Coordinate MHE operations; support tasks as needed.
• Document lessons learned and implement process improvements.
