People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Material Coordinator for our Newport, RI location to coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies in alignment with production and shipping schedules.

The role requires five years of warehouse experience in materiel management and familiarity with Navy ERP and SAP, with the ability to supervise a team and ensure accurate documentation. Clearance required: Secret.

Qualifications

• Five years of warehouse experience performing materiel management functions, including receipt, issue, COSIS, and reconciling discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and processing of materials; verify part number, count, and condition against Navy ERP purchase orders.
• Supervise receipt processing by material type: MILSTRIP, Classified/COMSEC, GPC/Contract, goods receipt without reference.
• Review and approve TDRs, SDRs, PQDRs for damaged/nonconforming materials.
• Ensure maintenance of open orders, bills of lading, WMFs, completed files.
• Oversee Navy ERP induction, WMFs, chain of custody forms, KSDs (DD-250, DD-1348, DD-1149).
• Oversee warehouse maintenance: re-warehousing, stock rotation, shelf-life management, storage aid maintenance.
• Coordinate MHE operations; support MHE tasks as needed.
• Document lessons learned and implement process improvements.
• Supervise inventory count generation in ERP per Government Inventory Plan or ad-hoc requests.
