Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Material Coordinator to coordinate and expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments per production and shipping schedules or supervisor priorities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Five years warehouse experience in materiel management incl. receipt, issue, COSIS, and reconciling inventory.
• Supervised 10+ warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and processing of materials; verify part number, count, and condition against Navy ERP purchase orders.
• Oversee Navy ERP induction, WMFs, chain of custody forms, and related documents.
• Review and approve TDRs, SDRs, PQDRs for damaged/nonconforming materials.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and labeling of materials.
• Coordinate MHE operations and support tasks as needed.
• Review reports and implement process improvements.
