ALUTIIQ INFORMATION MANAGEMENT LLC seeks a Material Coordinator to join our team supporting NIWC in Oahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on material flow, warehousing, and equipment positioning, with FORGE AMF operations at Schofield Barracks.

Responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, requisitioning materials, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining records, and compliance with DoD and company regulations while liaising with site personnel to sustain efficient supply chain performance.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen required.
SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Level 3 English proficiency.
TEN (10) years in a logistics support role or equivalent.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 basics and supply management procedures.

Responsibilities

Review production schedules and determine material requirements or overdue items.
Requisition material and establish delivery sequences per job priorities.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Prepare and maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.
Ensure compliance with DoD and contract requirements in warehousing and purchasing.
Maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, and spare parts in electronic systems.
Procure goods and services in accordance with regulations and contracts.
Liaise with personnel across material support with clear communications.
