Job summary

Endurion is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to oversee software licensing, renewals, and vendor compliance while ensuring adherence to DFARS, FAR, and cybersecurity mandates. The role focuses on optimizing license utilization and maintaining a centralized register to support budget transparency across the IDIQ portfolio.

The contractor will manage renewals, report on licensing and compliance, and work with procurement to prevent redundancy and cost overruns, ensuring audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business, or a related field.
• Or minimum four years in contract administration.
• Experience with DFARS/FAR licensing and DoD procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing agreements and renewals.
• Coordinate with procurement to prevent redundancy and cost overruns.
• Track license renewals and ensure vendor compliance with federal procurement.
• Prepare Software Licensing & Compliance Report and maintain license register.
