Job summary

Endurion is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement lifecycle for DoD-related programs in the Tampa area. The role focuses on vendor negotiations, acquisition strategy, and compliance with government policies to support mission-critical work orders.

Responsibilities include developing workflows, managing software/hardware licenses, and reporting procurement performance while ensuring cost efficiency and centralized control across all active Work Orders.

Qualifications

• DFARS and FAR acquisition processes for government contracts.
• Government contract management and market research.
• Vendor negotiations and acquisition documentation.
• Contract lifecycle management and cost optimization.
• Coordinating software and service license requirements across multiple work orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement workflows to ensure timely acquisition of software, hardware, and cloud services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, oversee contract execution, and track procurement performance against budget.
• Coordinate with active Work Orders to validate and consolidate license requirements across the program.
• Submit the Procurement & Acquisition Status Report detailing POs, vendor performance, and financial allocations; manage chargeback arrangements and a centralized ledger.
