Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to support DoD-related licensing, governance, and analytics. This remote Florida-based role focuses on scalable data ecosystem efforts for interoperability across DoD and related partners.

The position requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, enterprise license management, and contract negotiation, with emphasis on compliance and budget transparency. Remote work with federal standards expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or related field OR four (4) years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS processes for software and technology licensing.
• Experience ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
• Experience managing enterprise software licenses and tracking renewal cycles.
• Experience ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements; DoD licensing and SaaS procurement.
• Experience supporting enterprise contract negotiation activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise software licenses and technology licensing agreements.
• Coordinate with procurement management to optimize license utilization and prevent redundancy and cost overruns.
• Submit the Software Licensing & Compliance Report detailing license usage, renewal timelines, and procurement compliance.
• Maintain a centralized license utilization register for alignment with procurement ceilings and budget transparency.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and technical teams to ensure contract and licensing compliance.
