Job summary

Overland AI is seeking a Government Contracts Manager to bridge rapid commercial software iteration with complex federal acquisition, ensuring programs scale, stay compliant, and transition to the warfighter.

You will own administration of U.S. Government contracts, manage SAM.gov registrations, and coordinate with DoD customers, primes, and subs while aligning legal, financial, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive U.S. Government contracts experience.
• Experience administering FP, T&M, LH, cost-reimbursement, and IDIQ contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract flow-downs.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with SAM.gov registrations and government portals.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and IDIQs.
• Review solicitations, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs to identify risks.
• Support negotiation of terms, modifications, and flow-down requirements.
• Maintain complete, auditable contract files and track milestones.
• Coordinate with program management and finance on changes and funding.
