Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks an IT Support Technician in San Diego, CA to deliver frontline technical assistance to DoD and DON personnel and support computer systems, networks, and information systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, deploy patches and security updates, coordinate with NMCI and enterprise service providers, and document actions for incident tracking. Required: active Secret clearance, HS diploma, and 3+ years of IT help-desk experience in government

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• 3+ years of IT help-desk experience in DoD/DON environments.
• Experience supporting Windows-based systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and printing issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, docking stations, and peripheral devices.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, and drivers.
• Assist with network connectivity, remote access, and email issues.
• Coordinate with NMCI and enterprise service providers for complex issues.
• Support software patches, security updates, and vulnerability remediation.
