Candidate will work with MS server, DMS, and network devices, ensuring mission-ready IT services and compliant security practices.

Qualifications

• Must have Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with desktop support, break-fix, IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain IT systems (MS server, DMS, and related hardware/software).
• Integrate multiple IS in a networked environment.
• Resolve customer IS problems and perform hardware upgrades as needed.
• Install/configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and transmission media for workstation networks.
• Install, optimize, and troubleshoot LANs and BANs.
• Work with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT.
