PeopleTec, Inc. seeks an IT Service Support Specialist to support our El Paso, TX location. The role provides frontline IT assistance, troubleshooting hardware/software, and managing service tickets for a DoD customer.

You will work with a mission-focused team, learn IT operations, and deliver professional support to military and government personnel, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.

Formación

• 1-3 years in IT support or related tech support role.
• Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and IT peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to document issues and follow troubleshooting procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Create, update and close service tickets per procedures.
• Install and configure workstation equipment and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records.
