Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Computer Support Specialist for a 6-month assignment to support DoD operations at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The role entails on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues and ensuring systems remain secure and compliant with DoD/DISA requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT support experience, strong Windows knowledge, and the required DoD Information Assurance certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
• CompTIA Security+ CE is required.
• Ability to work fully on-site at Fort Bliss, Texas.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common hardware/software troubleshooting procedures.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies and DoD-approved systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for DoD operations at Fort Bliss.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues per DoD policies.
• Install and apply system patches and security updates to maintain security.
• Support and administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams/AF Teams.
• Ensure compliance with DISA guidelines and DoD requirements.
