Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide phone and in-person support to users, handling email, directories, and standard Windows desktop applications, and serving as the initial point of contact for hardware/software issues.

On-site at Arlington, VA (Pentagon), you will troubleshoot PC and printer problems, assist with DoD end-user support, and maintain strong customer service. Active Secret clearance is required; Top Secret preferred, with US Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen.
• 2 years of experience in help desk or technical support.
• Experience with Windows desktop applications.
• Knowledge of e-mail systems and directories.
• PC and printer troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Arlington, VA (Pentagon).
• Clearance: Active Secret required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and in-person support to users.
