Link Solutions, Inc. seeks an entry-level Help Desk Support Analyst to support the DHA OPMED at Ft. Detrick, MD. You will provide Tier I/II support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure uninterrupted operations across Windows and Office 365 environments.

Competenze

• 1+ years in Help Desk or IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Strong desire to learn, adapt, and build a long-term IT career.

Mansioni

• Provide Tier I and II technical support to end users and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and device configuration.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 and related enterprise technologies.
• Document, track, prioritize, and manage service requests using the ticketing system.
• Perform account management and end-user access support to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with workstation deployments, hardware upgrades, and software installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and configurations.
