Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT help desk or system administration roles supporting defense or federal environments.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management and client systems support.
• Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity standards, including RMF and DISA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support.
• Manage, track, and document all help desk inquiries.
• Support cybersecurity as the Cybersecurity Liaison (CSL).
• Help maintain secure communication and computer systems.
