Leidos is seeking a qualified candidate for a critical role supporting the Army's global wide area network and security infrastructure. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and improving network performance, handling service tickets, and ensuring operational workflows align with military standards.

This role demands expertise in networking technologies and related environments, particularly in Cisco SD-WAN. A Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience is required, along with an active DoD IAT Level II certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) or higher prior to start date.
Demonstrated experience supporting Cisco SD-WAN environments.

Responsibilities

Support 24x7x365 AGUN operations and provide updates to the Global Cyber Center.
Execute standard network policy and configuration changes.
Manage, triage, track, and update workflows and service tickets within JIRA Service Desk.
Provide situational awareness and status updates for ticket resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to perform legacy environment discovery.
Assist in troubleshooting complex network issues.
