Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, and program analysis for complex defense initiatives.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, a DoD background, and extensive experience in budget execution and program management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of DoD/government contracting experience.
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years of DoD/government contracting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases.
• Develop financial baselines and perform obligations and expenditure forecasting.
• Prepare acquisition program information and present briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews.
• Coordinate audits with DCAA and other agencies.
• Interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines in finance and accounting.
