Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) seeks a Senior Financial Manager/Cost Estimator to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead cost analysis, budgeting, and lifecycle estimates for acquisition programs, preparing budgets and briefings for leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, have 15+ years for a Bachelors path or 10+ with a Masters, and can travel up to CONUS as needed to align DoD and contractor efforts across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor's degree with extensive DoD or government contracting experience.
• Master's degree with related experience preferred.
• Minimum years of SAP/SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis, estimating, and budget execution for acquisition programs.
• Develop lifecycle costs, BCAs, CBAs, and GAO/Congress inquiries support.
• Create program definitions, WBS, and ground rules for cost estimates.
• Use parametric models, CERs, and cost estimating factors.
• Document and brief cost estimates; coordinate funds reconciliation.
• Support audits and analyze contractor cost proposals for reasonableness.
• Interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines and participate in IPT activities.
