Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on budgeting, financial analysis, and program execution for USAF acquisition programs.

The position requires an active SECRET clearance with potential to obtain SAP/SCI access, a DoD background, and travel up to 10% (CONUS). A bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of DoD experience or a master’s plus 10 years is expected.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with background investigation current within the past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Demonstrated SAP/SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation for acquisition programs.
• Assist in developing acquisition program information and present briefings.
• Provide reconciliation of accounting data and program reviews.
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support.
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other government agencies.
• Interpret DoD and DFAS guidelines in finance and accounting.
