Job summary

Praescient Analytics seeks a Senior Financial Manager (DOW) to provide expert financial leadership for large DoD technology programs. You will manage PPBE cycle activities, oversee funds execution, and ensure compliance with SAF/FMBIB policies.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, with 15+ years in SAP project management and 10+ years of financial oversight for programs over $100M. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience.
• 10 years of financial oversight for large-scale technology programs (>$100M).
• 8 years on AF SAP CORE, CV2, SAFES systems.
• 5 years applying SAF/FMBIB policies or leading a portfolio of technology development programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• PPBE Cycle Management: support the entire Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution cycle.
• Financial Oversight: monitor and reconcile obligations and expenditures.
• Systems Utilization: proficient with Core Financials, EBAS, G-INVOICE, DAI tools, ADVANA and SAFES.
• Resource Management: prepare funding documents (MIPRs, Sub-Allocations, Inter-Agency Agreements).
• Technical Acquisition Support: advise on contracts, analyze PWS and specifications.
• Reporting & Analysis: conduct quarterly reviews and provide leadership with status reports and graphs.
• Regulatory Compliance: apply SAF/FMBIB policies and standards.
