Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior SME/FAE in facilities portfolio management to support the DoD WHS in the acquisition and management of 16M+ square feet of office, warehouse, and special use space in the National Capital Region.

You will operate within the Space Portfolio Division of the WHS Facilities Services Directorate in a fast-paced, integrated team environment. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 20 years total experience with at least 10 years in DoD, and an active DoD

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related technical field.
• 20 years total work experience with 10 years in DoD.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Ability to work with senior executives across DoD.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the SPD client’s programs and oversee staff.
• Provide strategic guidance and expert portfolio management insight.
• Develop improvement options for functions including HR, budgeting, logistics, facilities management, security, and contracts.
• Lead studies and surveys to collect and analyze data.
