Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Washington DC area seeks an Intermediate Management Analyst to support the DoD WHS facilities space and real property asset management.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional program activities, driving process improvements, and preparing senior-level briefing materials using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project. A SECRET clearance and DoD experience are required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• PBA or equivalent professional experience in business analysis.
• Ability to coordinate timely responses to requests and reprioritize work as requirements change.
• Experience developing process improvements to support mission operations.
• Ability to develop high-quality briefings and written reports for DoD decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple concurrent program/project management activities within SPD.
• Support program office daily operations.
• Participate in integrated continuous process improvement efforts and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and manage large amounts of information in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Prepare information papers and briefing material for senior DoD leaders.
• Apply knowledge of government contracting, budget, cost, and logistics.
• Coordinate staff actions across the organization and track suspense responses.
