Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) seeks a Facilities Management Specialist to provide on-site support at NSWC Dahlgren. The SME will lead facilities planning, data management, and SRM program support for Naut NAVFAC-related needs.

The role requires DoD clearance, 4+ years as a facilities SME, and strong MS Office skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and coordinate space utilization with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Interim-Secret (or higher) clearance.
• 4+ years as SME in facilities planning, space management, or related studies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME in facilities planning, space management strategies, and Basic Facilities Requirements.
• Provide expertise in FDMS, FSRM, iNFADS, and NAVFAC MAXIMO systems.
• Administer FDMS and FSRM data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support SRM program tracking, funding coordination, and issue resolution.
• Plan and facilitate Infrastructure Board meetings, prepare materials, and follow up actions.
• Coordinate FTG activities and facility inspections.
