Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Control Representative for on-site support at a Dyess AFB project.

Based in Denver, CO, the role oversees on-site quality assurance, monitors contractor performance, and ensures compliance with contract requirements from pre-construction through closeout. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associates/bachelors preferred in CM/engineering/architecture), at least 5 years of federal construction experience, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred in CM/engineering/architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with DoD/USACE/DoD projects preferred.
• Ability to obtain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for contract compliance.
• Perform daily site inspections and document progress and safety observations.
• Monitor schedules and advise on delays or performance concerns.
• Review submittals including shop drawings and quality/safety plans.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Maintain project records and support meetings.
• Assist with closeout activities and warranty tracking.
