Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a seasoned Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) leader to drive programs from development through sustainment. You will manage an ILS team, lead cost and technical proposals, and provide customer interfaces to ensure program goals are met.

This onsite role in Largo, FL requires a DoD Secret clearance. You will partner with engineering and program management to influence design for supportability and deliver robust logistics solutions across the life cycle,

Qualifications

Experience in Logistics Engineering disciplines.
Proposal Lead / IPT Lead experience.
Detailed knowledge of ILS concepts – Logistics Support, Technical Manual/Training Material Development, Reliability/Maintainability, FRACA, Safety/Human Factors Engineering
Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team for programs in development and sustainment.
Lead proposal activities, both cost and technical volumes, for ILS content.
Provide design influence for supportability early in development.
Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to solve logistics-related problems.
Provide customer interface support.
Review requirements and identify additional areas where team can support customer goals.
Generate and present customer level briefings.
