Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards manufacturing performance across programs and value streams.
• Creates production build plans per customer requirements, capacity and procedures.
• Leads cross-functional resolution of material, capacity, and logistics issues.
• Onsite role in Collins Aerospace location in Durham, NH.
• Drives cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Synchronizes master production schedule with program needs.
• Escalates risks when schedules or materials threaten delivery.
• Travel up to one trip per quarter.
