Job summary

ISN in Bethesda, MD seeks an experienced DOD Capture Manager to lead the full capture lifecycle for DoD and federal opportunities. The role focuses on building capture plans, competitive positioning, and customer engagement strategies to win multi-million-dollar contracts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal contracting, strong DoD program experience, and the ability to coordinate across proposal, pricing, contracts, and technical teams. Hybrid work in Bethesda is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal government contracting and/or business development.
• Strong capture management experience for DoD opportunities.
• Ability to develop capture strategies, win themes, and customer engagement plans.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and government procurement.
• Experience with background investigations and loan servicing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full capture management lifecycle for DoD and federal opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within the DoD market.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and competitor analyses.
• Coordinate with proposal, pricing, contracts, and technical teams to craft compliant solutions.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, capture plans, and schedules for governance.
