Job summary

ISN is seeking a DOD Capture Manager in Bethesda, MD, in a full-time role. You will lead capture efforts for DoD and federal opportunities, coordinating across proposal, pricing, contracts, and technical teams. A minimum of 5 years in federal contracting and strong DoD experience are required.

You will develop capture strategies, engage with DoD stakeholders, and manage the opportunity pipeline. Some in-office days in Bethesda are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in federal government contracting or business development.
• Experience with DoD programs, real estate and facilities management.
• Proven capture management or federal proposal management experience.
• Understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full capture management lifecycle for DoD and federal opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new DoD business opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and customer engagement plans.
• Maintain relationships with DoD stakeholders, contractors, and partners.
• Coordinate with proposal, pricing, contracts, and technical teams.
• Develop capture plans, schedules, and artifacts; support technical solutions.
