Job summary

BioIVT in Woodbury, NY is seeking a Regular Full-Time Shipping Documentation Clerk to efficiently prepare labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 shipments per day.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail is a critical.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
• Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 distinct shipments.
• Required to provide email notifications to all customers receiving shipments the following day.
• Additional responsibilities include general filing, and overseeing annual offsite storage process of files.
