Job summary

BioIVT in Woodbury, NY is seeking a Regular Full-Time Shipping Documentation Clerk to efficiently prepare labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 shipments per day.

You will email customers with shipment notifications the following day, file records, and oversee annual offsite storage of files. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment that fosters growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail is a critical.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required.

• Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly
