Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a detail‑driven Client Services Support to handle order processing, cooler management and client communications in a fast-paced lab setting.

You will work with LIMS data to generate paperwork and labels, prepare and ship a high volume of coolers via FedEx, verify accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining an organized workspace. We provide training and opportunities to grow within our environmental testing lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication with clients and couriers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process orders based on LIMS data and generate labels.
• Prepare and ship high volumes of coolers and packages with FedEx.
• Create and verify shipping labels and track deliveries.
• Interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Receive, sanitize, and prepare coolers for reuse.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
