You will also notify customers by email about upcoming shipments and maintain file organization and annual offsite storage. Applicants should have at least 1 year in a professional office setting, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid verbal

Formación

• 1+ year experience working in a professional office setting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Sage X3 a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for shipments.
• Provide email notifications to customers receiving shipments the next day.
• General filing and oversee annual offsite storage of files.
