Job summary

BioIVT in Woodbury, NY is hiring an Inventory Technician to manage receiving and pulling of raw materials and ensure inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with lab and procurement to keep stock flowing and verify materials are available for lab technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma; a biology/chemistry background is preferred, and proficiency with MS Office and FreezerPro is recommended. You’ll work in a team laboratory environment with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in biological or chemical science preferred but not required.
• Experience in inventory or lab support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials for lab techs in a timely manner.
• Return materials to long-term storage and update records in FreezerPro daily.
• Integrate new stock into inventory promptly.
