Job summary

The main role for this job is to efficiently prepare documentation required for products being processed in our laboratory.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 distinct shipments
• Required to provide email notifications to all customers receiving shipments the following day
• Additional responsibilities include general filing, and overseeing annual offsite storage process of files

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail is a critical
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus
