Job summary

Required is a high school diploma or GED; no prior experience is required. Strong communication, ability to multitask, and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and packing of samples.
• Prepare shipping packets accurately.
• Verify shipping documents and labels.
• Attend IATA and DOT training as needed.
• Handle inbound shipments and archive materials.
