Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate in Wheeling, WV. The role provides word processing and document production services to clients across legal, financial and professional services sectors.

The position requires attention to detail, multi-project management, and MS Office proficiency. You will log work, assess requests, edit and proof documents, and ensure deadlines are met while adhering to client standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to use other editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Able to handle sensitive information with good judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks across the workflow.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, or transcribe document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software, and hardware necessary for production tasks.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, or clients on deadlines and issues.
• Meet contracted deadlines and perform quality assurance on work.
