RRD is hiring a Document Production Associate for the 1st shift. The role focuses on word processing and document production services for clients, using logs, tracking systems, and standard procedures to ensure high-quality outputs.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year in document production, and proficiency with MS Office. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and strong client interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in MS Office and typing; strong keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion across the task lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination as needed.
• Edit, proof, convert, create or transcribe documents to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software and hardware to perform functions.
• Communicate with team, lead, supervisor or client on deadlines and concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Foster proactive service enhancement and client relationship building.
• Perform quality assurance on work as requested.
