Job summary

NetVendor is seeking a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high-performing Data Processing Team. The role focuses on bringing order to complexity, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.

You will supervise frontline staff, coach, monitor workloads, and help with hiring and onboarding in a dynamic environment. A strong detail orientation and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (keyboard, 10-key, Adobe).
• Basic insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach frontline employees for the Data Processing Team.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-ones.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Motivate team members to achieve goals and assist with onboarding.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
• Provide direction to ensure prompt and efficient handling of requests.
• Track KPIs, review queues, and prepare management reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies, security standards, and SOPs.
